Run a real month
on the bot. Free.
I’m Chris, the person behind Pitchside. I built it so a coach spends the evening coaching instead of chasing replies. 20 coaches get thirty days of the WhatsApp bot free, in exchange for honest feedback on how it went.
20 of 20 places left.
The button opens WhatsApp with the message already written. Send it and the bot takes you through it. Nothing to fill in here, and no card is needed for the test.
You message the bot first. It never adds anyone to a group chat.
- 30 days free
- The full bot, not a cut-down trial.
- One coach phone
- The same standalone plan everyone else buys.
- No card for the test
- Nothing to pay, and nothing to cancel, for the thirty days.
- Optional after
- A$4.99 a week if you choose to continue. No automatic charge.
- Honest feedback
- I will ask what worked and what did not.
Football, basketball, netball, rugby and swimming all run on the same bot. You pick your sport when you set up in WhatsApp.
What it is for
Knowing who is coming, without chasing parents.
Pitchside is two things that fit together. The website is a free listing, so families searching by suburb and age group can find your club. The WhatsApp bot runs the week: sessions, replies and attendance, in the app every parent already has open. You do not need a listing on Pitchside to use the bot.
01
Send the session
Type it in the chat, or hold the mic and say it: squad, time, place. The bot writes it up.
02
Parents tap once
Every family on that squad gets the session and answers yes or no. No group chat, nothing to install.
03
You see who is coming
Open training and the answer is there: who is in, who is out, and who has gone quiet so you know who to nudge.
Already running a club on Pitchside? Nothing about a paid plan changes, and a club that already has the bot keeps everything it has. If your club is set up but its bot is switched off, the free test cannot switch it back on from here. Send “dashboard” in the chat for a link, or reply “support” and a person will take a look.
The listing stays free whether or not you keep the bot. If the thirty days end and you would rather not pay, that is a fine answer.

A quick look at Pitchside.
Price and coverage
The price, and where it works
A$4.99 a week for one coach, paid in Australian dollars. A coach phone covers one coach however many teams they run, and parents and players never take a seat. No club listing is needed to run the bot.
WhatsApp setup is configured for Australia, the UK, New Zealand, the US, Canada and Singapore. Coaches elsewhere cannot finish setup yet.
At the Reserve Bank of Australia rates for 14 October 2026 (USD 0.7002 and GBP 0.5275 for each Australian dollar), A$4.99 is about US$3.49 or GBP2.63. Checkout is in Australian dollars, so your bank's own rate and any fees can change the amount you see. Reserve Bank of Australia exchange rates.
20 coaches get thirty days of the bot free in the founder test.
Twenty places
Thirty days.
Then your call.
Join in WhatsApp, run your next month on it, and tell me honestly what you think. If it is not for you, say so and nothing else happens.
